9th Annual Economic Breakfast talk jobs and how Augusta ranks in Georgia

In case you missed the 9th Annual Economic Breakfast hosted by Hull College of Business, Augusta University you can read all about it thanks to our media partners Augusta Chronicle and WJBF.  The focus of the talk was on jobs and Augusta’s economic outlook for 2017.  Dr. Simon Medcalfe, Associate Professor of Finance, tracks local economic performance through two indexes: the Augusta Leading Economic Index, a composite of various indicators, and the Labor Market Index, which tracks job creation, unemployment rates and other labor statistics.
