Accounting Lecturer, Steve Loflin, CPA, talks fraud to ACFE

Steve Loflin CPA, an Accounting Lecturer at Augusta University’s Knox School of Accountancy, recently spoke to the Augusta University chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud examiners. His presentation was titled “Fraud – What It Is and How You Can Make a Difference.”

The presentation informed attendees about the varieties of fraud, how fraud harms organizations and society, and the different careers available to those interested in preventing and detecting fraudulent activities.

In attendance were a mix of faculty, students, and guests.
